These Terms govern your use of vestora.xyz and the content, demos, and materials on it (the “Site”), operated by Vestora Inc. (“Vestora”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
01 Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site except as permitted below.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site to infringe others’ rights.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
02 Engagements & pricing
Descriptions of our services, capabilities, and pricing on the Site are provided for general information and may change. They are not offers capable of acceptance. Any project is subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the actual scope, fees, deliverables, and terms and which prevails over the Site in case of conflict.
03 Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, code, and the Vestora name and logo — are owned by or licensed to Vestora and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, and use brief excerpts with attribution, but you may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks (including those of clients and partners shown as references) are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification only.
04 No investment advice or solicitation
Vestora builds and operates investor-relations technology. We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial adviser, and nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, or other financial instrument. Decisions about any company or asset are your own responsibility.
05 Illustrative data & demonstrations
Dashboards, tickers, company names, metrics, and figures shown in demonstrations on the Site are illustrative sample data for the purpose of showing platform capability. They do not represent real-time data, actual holdings, performance, or the financial position of any company, and must not be relied upon. Live client deployments are operated under their own agreements and disclosures.
06 Third-party links & services
The Site links to third-party websites and services (such as scheduling tools and client platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
07 Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
08 Limitation of liability & indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vestora and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to CAD $100. You agree to indemnify Vestora against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
09 Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Vestora is incorporated or maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you submit to the courts located there. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
